What a great day we had on Sunday, Father's Day- and it was my mom's birthday! It was such a full day of fun, water, sun, food and family! The last few years we have had Father's Day at the beach with Ben's family- 10 siblings, Pa, us in laws and the grand kids! It was the first time getting together with them since COVID happened. Then we ended the day with a cook out at our house with my parents and sister's family and our cousin Roman who we haven't seen in awhile and we missed him! Saturday is the official first day of summer 2020! This summer will be a little different for us, we most likely will not be going anywhere on a family vacation 1. because of corona virus restrictions and 2. because Ben is working everyday running his own business, so he is pretty busy. A lot of states are not taking out of staters. We will miss New Hampshire a lot this year, but we will make lots of family memories right here. Sunday is Father's day and my mom's birthday. So we will be going to the beach with Ben's family for the day like we've done the past couple years then we are having my parents and sister's family over to cook out and have cake!  Here is our summer bucket list so far...... what are your plans for the summer?

Middle school here she comes! I remember dropping you off that first day of preschool. I was about 8 months pregnant with your brother. I walked you to the door and watched you walk down the big hallway with your new teacher. You looked back at me, scared and tears building up in your eyes. You tried to run for it back to me, and all I wanted to do in that moment was hold you, but your teacher kept walking you forward. I don't know if it was the pregnancy hormones or just me, but I cried. I cried the entire four hours you were gone. I laid in bed and cried. I counted down the minutes til I could get back in my car and pick you up. I missed you and was worried about you. I was letting my first born go out into the world, without me. Now here it is 7 years later and today, we celebrate your education and your promotion to the 6th grade!
